Information you give us: when you fill in our booking, contact or callback forms, or message us on WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, mobile number, email address, company name, industry, the service you are interested in, a description of what you want to automate or build, your current process, timeline, approximate budget and preferred contact method.
Information collected automatically: basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and campaign tags in the link you used (UTM parameters). Campaign and landing-page details are kept in your browser for the current visit only and are sent to us only if you submit a form.
2. How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, prepare quotations and proposals, deliver and support our services, and keep you informed about your project.
To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve our website and marketing.
To protect our website and services against spam and abuse, for example by limiting repeated submissions.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. Consent
Our forms ask for your consent before we contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may keep a record that you asked us not to contact you.
4. AI chat assistant
Our website offers an AI chat assistant and project planner. Messages you type are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate replies and are stored by us so the conversation can continue. Please do not share passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in the chat.
AI replies are suggestions only. Your details are passed to our team only when you explicitly agree to share them.
6. Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), AI providers for the chat assistant, messaging (WhatsApp Business API and email) and online payments (PayU). These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
Online payments are processed by PayU on its secure payment page. We do not receive or store your card or bank account details.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting project — or as required by law.
We protect information with reasonable security measures, including access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
